Feta cheese wrapped in Philo pastry and fried and toped with honey



Ingredients 

500g of Good feta cheese 
slice 10 squares 6x6x1 m.
1 package of Philo pastry 
oil for frying
1 cup honey
vinegar 2 tbsp
sesame seeds 4 tablespoons, roasted

Cut phyllo sheets in half. Place two half sheets one over the other. In the Center position of the slice of feta cheese. Fold like a folder and leave aside.
In a small saucepan, add the honey, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water, boil and stir. Heat oil well and fry sachets with feta until  crispy and browned.
Take them out with a slotted spatula, leave them on absorbent paper for a while and then serve. Pour 1-2 tablespoons each honey sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
